A Little About us

Not so long ago, Jason and Amber Perkins were living out of their 2012 Airstream travel trailer packed tightly with all their belongings, two dogs, a cat and a baby on the way. One year later the growing family is on the other side of the camper, building a business and a legacy as the new owners of the Ouray RV Park & Cabins.

About the Owners

In 2013, Jason and Amber Perkins sold their belongings and began a two-year vacation across the United States. When they discovered they were expecting, they decided to settle down, and began looking for an RV park that would suit their needs.

They found what they were looking for in Ouray: a wonderful community, excellent school system, and a perfectly situated RV park with and onsite home.

The Perkins family has grown over the years, and now includes Jason, the oldest son, and twins Jordan and Jagger.

The original RV park has also grown to become today's Ouray Riverside Resort. The current property is made up of nearly 10 acres of Uncompaghre River frontage, and includes rooms, cabins, RV sites, jeep rentals, a restaurant, and much, much more.
