Deluxe Riverfront Cabins
These two story homes have French doors that open to an 8 foot covered deck with beautiful views of Mt Abrams and the Uncompahgre River. Have coffee outside on your deck in the morning while listening to the sounds of the river. 
Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. Everything is here to prepare meals for your family, including an outdoor gas grill! Wooden dinette table for eating meals inside and a large picnic table outside. Living room has a leather sleeper sofa and 50 inch Internet TV.
Private master bedroom with mirrored closets and lots of drawers and cabinets! Separate loft area sleeps 4 and has great views of the river.
Cabins have 2 heat/ac units to keep you comfortable in all seasons. All linens and towels are included in the rental. Bathroom has a glass enclosed shower/tub and endless hot water heater. Our deluxe cabins will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
Nightly rate includes 4 adults. Additional adults are $10.00 per night. Kids 12 and under are free. Cabins are all non-smoking.
Pets are NOT allowed in the deluxe cabins.

Deluxe Riverside Cabin - Imogene
Imogene Deluxe Riverfront Cabin in Ouray on the Uncompahgre River! Sleeps 4! 1/2-mile walk along the river nature trail to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and 3/4 mile to the center of town!

This two story Cabin has a front porch overlooking the Ouray Riverwalk and Uncompahgre river. The main living space has a full size bed, and a full size platform mattress upstairs in the sleeping loft. Furnished kitchenette w/compact refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner stovetop/no oven, coffee maker, flat screen TV, DTV premium channels, WI-FI, bath/shower, & porch with table and chairs. An awesome area to sit and enjoy the river.

Cabins are heated (no A/C), and have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable year-round. All linens and towels are included in the rental.

Historic Miner's Cabin (Pet Friendly)
PLEASE NOTE: Historic Miners Cabin does NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our newly updated and heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabin and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.
Our Historic Miner's Cabin is a true piece of Ouray County history! Beautifully restored, it includes many comforts that were not available to those tenants from 150 years ago, including a brand new full size bed and mattress, electric, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, Internet TV and an Air Conditioning unit for those warmer nights! Cabin also has a bistro table with two chairs and a very plush comfortable futon for your comfort and convenience. A small front porch with a table and chairs, 2 rocking chairs, one side table, a two person glider bench and a gas grill is perfect for sitting outside and cooking outdoors. Guest may also relax in our entertainment room equipped with Internet TV and family games. Downtown Ouray is only a short walk away on the Ouray Riverwalk and the Uncompahgre River.  
All linens and towels are included with the cabin for your convenience. Our Historic Cabin will sleep up to 4 guests.

This cabin is located on the riverfront of the Uncompahgre River. Our 1 room camping cabins have a new full size bed with upgraded mattress, and 2 bunk beds. They have electric, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric fireplace and a ceiling fan. Cabins also have a nightstand with USB chargers, mirrored hall tree, and a bistro table with two chairs, for your comfort and convenience. A small front porch with a side table and 2 rocking chairs is perfect for sitting outside and listening to the river at night. Guest may also relax in our entertainment room equipped with Internet TV and a family games.
Ouray Cafe & Steakhouse is on property, or guests may bring their own portable grill / propane stove to use outside the cabin. Each cabin also has its own picnic table adjacent to the Ouray Riverwalk.
All linens and towels are included with the camping cabins for your convenience. Our camping cabins will sleep up to 4 guests.
Nightly rate includes 2 adults. Additional adults $10.00 per night. Kids 12 and under are free. Cabins are all non-smoking.
Pets are permitted in Riverfront Cabins A,B,C,and D with notification and payment of additional fees prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in any public buildings (including bathhouse, laundry, game room, restaurant, etc.) or Historic and Deluxe Cabins.
Note: There is a $100 refundable pet deposit that will be added to your reservation if you are bringing a pet.

Additionally a $20 per pet / per night non-refundable pet surcharge with all reservations is automatically added to the reservation (maximum of 2 pets in cabin / Max Pet fees of $40 for entire stay / $80 for 2 pets).  Add number of Pets during initial reservation via Guests/Pets field. Pets may not be left unattended in the cabin while the pet owner is off property to ensure the pet's safety and comfort.

They have electric, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric fireplace and a ceiling fan. Cabins also have a nightstand with lamp and USB charger, and a fixed table with bench, for your comfort and convenience. A small front porch with chairs and / or bench is perfect for relaxing outside.

Ouray Cafe & Steakhouse is on our adjacent property, or guests may bring their own portable grill / propane stove to use outside the cabin. A community gas grill, and charcoal grills are available. Each cabin also has its own picnic table and outdoor firepit (wood available for purchase) adjacent to the Ouray Riverwalk. All guests have access to the (2) onsite heated Jacuzzi's.

All linens and towels are included with the camping cabins for your convenience. Our camping cabins will sleep up to 4 guests.

Nightly rate includes 2 adults. Additional adults $10.00 per night. Kids 12 and under are free. Cabins are all non-smoking inside, however smoking is permitted by the river and picnic tables.

Pets are permitted in Riverside Cabins 1 thru 10 with notification and payment of additional fees prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in any public buildings (including bathhouse, laundry, restaurant, etc.) or Deluxe Cabins.

Deluxe Riverside Cabin - Black Bear
The Black Bear two story Deluxe Cabin has a front porch facing the Ouray Riverwalk and Uncompaghre river. Sleeps 6! 1/2-mile walk along the river nature trail to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and 3/4 mile to the center of town!

It features two rooms with a sleeping loft accessible via stairs. There is a separate master bedroom with a full size bed, a full size sleeper sofa in living room, and platform bed upstairs. Furnished kitchenette, three burner stove/no oven, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a bar with 3 stools. Electric fireplace in the living room, flat screen TV, DTV premium channels, WI-FI, bath w/shower, and views to assure a restful, relaxing stay.
