Circle Sites

Located on the south end of our park, our circle back in sites (1 thru 27) have shade trees, a community fire pit and they are the closest to our restroom and laundry facilities.

Most sites can accommodate RVs up to 40'. Guests may have up to 3 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV). Sites 1, 2, 3 and 27 are best suited for RVs that are no larger than 30' in length.

Note that these sites do not have water and sewer (Electric Only) October 15th thru May 15th due to snow.  Guests still have access to our Heated Bathhouse and Laundry facilities year round.



Premium Extra Wide
Riverfront Site

Our back in Premium Extra Wide Riverfront Sites are extra wide to accommodate the largest of RVs and toys. These sites offer the maximum amount of space to enjoy your stay in the park.  Guests may have up to 4 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV, Truck).

Enjoy the beauty of the Uncompahgre River and the convenience of the Ouray Riverwalk directly behind your site.  These sites have minimal trees to obstruct your view of the mountains and can easily accommodate RVs up to 45'.

Sites 30-36 are located on the south end of the park across from the circle sites and closest to the camping cabins.  These double wide sites are perfect for setting up outdoor living spaces or parking additional trailers.

These sites are often closed October 15th thru May 15th due to snow.  If available for booking during the winter, these sites do not have water and sewer (Electric Only).  Guests still have access to our Heated Bathhouse and Laundry facilities year round.



Premium North Sites

Year Round Full Hook-Up Sites!
(water, sewer, and 50/30/20 amp electric)

These large back in RV sites are located at the North end of our Park and have minimal trees to obstruct your view of the mountains and can easily accommodate RVs up to 45'.  Guests may have up to 3 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV). 
 
Sites 70, 71, and 72 while not directly backed up to the water, have what our customer have stated are "The Best Views in the Park"!  All 3 sites are wider, and have great views of Mt. Abrams.



Premium Riverfront Sites

Year Round Full Hook-Up Sites!

Our back in Premium Riverfront sites 62-69 at the North End of our park have the best unobstructed views of the Uncompahgre River and mountains.

Enjoy the beauty of the Uncompahgre River and the convenience of the Ouray Riverwalk directly behind your site. These sites have minimal trees allowing great views of the mountains and can easily accommodate RVs up to 45'.  Guests may have up to 3 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV).



Pull-Thru Sites
Year Round Full Hook-Up Site!
(Water, Sewer and 50/30/20 amp electric)

Our 80' pull through sites are perfect for those guests who desire ease of parking and plenty of extra space. No need to unhook your vehicle or trailer after a long day on the road! There is plenty of extra room in your site for trailers or tow vehicles.  Guests may have up to 4 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV, Truck).

Guests enjoy excellent views of Mt Abrams from the front of their coaches as these sites face the mountains. Bridal Veil Falls can often be seen on the mountainside behind the pull through sites during the summer season.




Riverfront Sites

Our back in riverfront sites allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Uncompahgre River and the convenience of the Ouray Riverwalk directly behind your RV.  
 
These sites have minimal trees to obstruct your view of the mountains and can easily accommodate RVs up to 45'.  Guests may have up to 3 items in these sites (example: Motorhome, Jeep, Trailer w/ ATV).  

Bridal Veil Falls and Skyrocket Falls
can often be seen on the mountainside from the front of your coach during the summer season. 

These sites are often closed October 15th thru May 15th due to snow.  If open, these sites do not have water and sewer (Electric Only) during the winter.  Guests still have access to our Heated Bathhouse and Laundry facilities year round.
